When I try to log in to iQ, my screen flashes then the browser closes. Why?

Our iQ online quoting system uses pop-ups, so you need to add our program as a trusted site or always allow pop-ups from our website.

How do I disable my pop-up blocker?

  1. While in Microsfot Edge, choose the Tools menu
  2. Select Internet Options, then the Privacy tab
  3. Under Pop-up Blocker, unselect the box besides Turn on Pop-up Blocker
  4. Choose Apply, then OK

How do I add iQ as a trusted site?

  1. While in Microsoft Edge, choose the Tools menu
  2. Select Internet Options, then the Security tab
  3. Choose the Trusted Sites icon, then the Sites button
  4. In the text box below Add this website to the zone, enter https://www.afcocafo.com/iq
  5. Choose Add, then OK

When I try to access tabs in iQ, I get an error message or a black screen appears. What should I do?

  1. iQ is encountering compatibility issues with Microsoft Edge. This can be resolved by following these instructions:
  2. While in Microsoft Edge, choose the Tools menu
  3. Select Compatibility View settings
  4. In the Add this website: field, add afcocafo.com and select Add, then Close
  5. Close then reopen Microsoft Edge

How do I create a quote?

  1. In iQ, select the Quoting tab. Your agency information will pre-fill.
  2. If the insured already has an account with CAFO, you can use the Search button to find and pre-fill their information.
  3. Answer the bankruptcy and additional insured questions
  4. Choose the Add Policy button at the bottom of the screen and enter the policy number if available and enter the remaining required fields
  5. When complete, choose either Add Another Policy or Calculate Quote at the bottom of the screen
  6. If you calculate another quote, your agency information will pre-fill
  7. Choose View/Edit Calculation Details to change down-payment amount or number of installments, view other payment plan options, or view the amortization schedule.
  8. When finished, view the PFA, sign it and give it to the insured

I get an error when trying to add a policy to a quote. What should I do?

  1. iQ requires the language settings to be set to United States in order to process the dates you enter properly. Changing the language setting to United States won't affect the date/language settings on the rest of your computer.
  2. While in IE, choose the Tools menu
  3. Select Internet Options, then the General tab
  4. At the bottom of the tab, select the Languages button
  5. Select the language English (United States), then Add
  6. Continue choosing OK on each remaining window to return to the IE main screen
